On our initial trip to visit LA last September we stumbled upon Porto's bakery on our second to last day. It was just down the street from our hotel; we were so sad to find it so late! Needless to say we came back on our last day for more. Since we moved to LA two months ago we have already visited Porto's half a dozen times. Its a great place for breakfast lunch or dinner. The bakery items are to die for and at such fair prices - same with the sandwiches. Here are a few snaps from one of our many Porto's dates.

Assorted bakery items; Porto's famous potato balls, chicken croquette and hot ham and cheese croissants (No seriously...GET THE HOT HAM AND CHEESE CROISSANTS!) On our last visit I tried the meat pie and that was phenomenal too…basically get it all you can't go wrong!
