The weather has been all over the place since January but it is finally warming up! I love the heat and I couldn't be happier! Taking full advantage in this outfit of the day!

Date night at Diablo
Last weekend we finally got around to trying Diablo- its an adorable Mexican spot in Silverlake that was recommended to me by a friend nearly 3 years ago....guilty as charged on the procrastination front! We got the carne Asada tacos and pork nachos - both were absolutely fantastic! They have delicious housemate hot sauce as well. They are not kidding around on the heat which I for one greatly appreciate.

Viva Las Vegas
One of the many perks of living in Los Angeles is the short drive to Las Vegas. I had never been until my move out here 2 years ago- since then I have been 5 times! A dear friend of mine was in Vegas for a work conference and I was lucky to be able to make the trip to see her. Since I am completely terrible at gambling my favorite sin to commit in sin city is gluttony ;) On this trip I finally tried the Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars palace and it was delicious! Worth every penny and every calorie! Here are a few pictures from our trip
